  • Order means your purchase of a subscription or service from Us.

  • You means the user or customer purchasing or using the Service.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase and request a refund — only if you have not consumed more than 2 hours of streaming.

Please note:
Once more than 2 hours of service is consumed or the subscription is activated fully, it will be considered as used and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used at purchase. No fees will apply for the reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If more than 2 hours of content was accessed.
  • If cancellation is requested after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the service was fully activated and consumed.
  • Promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the above conditions.

Gifts and Trials

If you received a trial or gift subscription and are not satisfied, please contact us. Refunds are not applicable to gift codes or trial periods.
